Someone may have pointed this out already, but no. Some questions have three answers proffered, as in the case of the length of the tanker, only one of which is correct. So the chance of getting it right would be one in three, and the chance of getting it wrong would be (1-1/3).
It is however an interesting question, but the difficult part is defining a "guess". Is an 'inspired guess' or a 'shrewd guess' still a guess?
