eat more on the bike and less off it! simple. You'll ride faster and recover faster and not eat the house down afterwards as much. really love the CNP pro flapjacks myself.

sorry but that's an excuse, people on here, me included work 8 hours a day but manage to get on the bike, I have been unemployed in the past and it's next to impossible to job search for 8 hours a day, never mind 14 hours,and you must be the luckist guy in the world if you are getting more than one interview a week.

This post has answered your own question, not working and not going out on the bike and you are wondering why the weight is not coming off!

Can't believe the member cant find a spare hour in the day to go cycling. It doesn't even have to be an hour block. Half hour in the morning, half hour in the evening or even night time.
 
Some will ask if I haven't worked since February, why I'm not getting out on the bike more, but the amount of running around, attending interviews, getting ready for interviews, searching for jobs ...... the day is over quickly, and sometimes I'm away for a couple of days as part of this regime.
Break the routine getiing out on the bike is a good way to keep your sanity (it worked for me when I was unemployed for a bit).
