Actually both those Lejog rides are impressive by my standards. Congrats to Cathryn and Alecstilleyedye (but for different reasons to Arch and TheDoctor unless Chuffy wants to start a rumour)

Did you ever get on the peninsula Kirstie? I'd be impressesd if you did it as part of Lejog.

Did you ever get on the peninsula Kirstie?

Do you mean Ardnamurchan? Yes I did, but on a different tour I did in late June. It was brilliant too. We rode from Fort William to Kilchoan and got the ferry to Tobermoray to stay there. Then we did the long way round Mull to Fishnish and got the last ferry to Lochaline (what a weird place!), and then from Lochaline to Fort William again.

There was definately a buzz of chemistry between you at the Nottingham Get Cycling.

Was that late June, Cor! Maybe it's longer than 40 days then. Anyway, that's a lovely ride you did, hard in places but quite beatiful. It's not just Lochaline that's weird, the whole place is.
