A fabulous race! We went out to ride our bikes just after the crash and I couldn’t believe the result when I checked mid-ride! He is incredible.

Just happened to watch the crash in slow-mo. Looks like he banged his head on the road!

To many what ifs and i really don't want to jinx either of em...could of quite easily been season over for Pog yesterday !
But if we make it to the Tour with a fully fit Pog and Vingo..Pog wins it for me.
Or does he....🤣

Plenty of injuries from yesterdays Strade....Pog got away lightly I think.
Max Poole fractured collarbone ☹️ as well as four others.
