He was 6th of 6 IPT finishers. I didn't watch it so no idea how much help he was to Bennett. Sadly he hasn't really done anything of significance since his big crash, bar help Pidcock to a GT stage win.

Chris came in at a respectable 47th.

He's down on PCS as being in the team though.

He is no longer on the startlist. In are Bennett and young yank Riccitello - the latter presumably replacing the dawg for coming in a very respectable 10th.

Yes real shame, I thought they'd misjudged the chase but they timed it to perfection, if just in time is perfection.

The hills aren't too steep or long so it may come down to the last kms...and Rog can usually sprint pretty well...
or a breakaway is possible but there aren't that many stages so all the contenders and puncheurs will want to win one.
