I missed the explanation for why he DIDN'T have his Garmin...!Imagine if he'd had his Garmin...

Frustrating, isn't it?!?I missed the explanation for why he DIDN'T have his Garmin...!
Though he about summed it up.He would have been good in the Tour I think....😁Frustrating, isn't it?!?

Boardman disagreed and thought continuing the barriers onto the straight would narrow the exit and cause more crashes, while Dygert's crash was primarily a bike failure which resulted in an unpredictable line.A risk assessment by Captain Hindsight suggests that they should have put the big crash barriers all the way to the exit from the bend.

To be honest there's been some sh1te men's world road races in the past few years.Austria springs to mind as a 6 + hour borefest ! Can't remember the others.Just watched the women's race on fast forward and didn't bother slowing it down till the sprint for 2nd and 3rd.
Let's hope the mens race is a bit more competitive!
Thanks, but I've got a telly.Mens race live on bbc website for those interested
