It's a tricky question though,
What do I find interesting about me?

or what would others find interesting ??

A few random things..

1.
When I was at primary school I won £150* from a building society, for the school library, in a competition to design an 'energy saving house'.

*that was quite a lot of money back then...

Now a few years later :whistle: I find myself designing an energy saving house..
That will need building here soon..


2. I bought my first tractor, with the proceeds of teaching Yoga.

3. I took my eldest son to Australia when he was 3 months old, and while visiting a friend there, we camped out in the temperate rainforest..
With snakes!!

4. Me n him lived on a road protest camp for several months, one year, and had fun guarding the trees against the evil tree fellas..

5. I stand on my head for at least five minutes everyday.

6. I started my farming business with £300 in the bank, and some 'borrowed' land - now I'm a farmer with an owned farm, making a living :okay:

7. My longest solo hitchhike so far, was from Gibraltar to Devon.

8. I can't remember learning to read or write, I started school v early cos of my parents work.

9. I haven't flown for 27 years cos of all the eco schizzle.

10. I don't fall in love easily -

- But when I do its all a bit dramatic.. :wacko:

So why did you decide to be a farmer? What do you farm? Haha how is it dramatic when you fall in love? Why do you stand on your head?

I decided to be a farmer cos I need to be doing something purposeful, most of the time, and to be outside doing my own thing.
I mostly farm vegetables and chickens atm, but I've done all of it at one time or another for other people.
Started out in bigger livestock.

We'll draw a veil over romantic dramas.. Any number of films available..

I stand on my head for yogic purposes.. :okay:

Or at least all the types you can grow in this country.. 50+ sorts.

Haha guess your farm is a heaven for vegans with your vast selection of vegetables. What's your favourite vegetable? :hungry:

Don't tell anyone, but some of the supposed 'vegans' here also eat the eggs.
Cos they see the chooks so happy.

Favourite veg depends on the season..
Of course.

Right now, it's leeks, and Cavello Nero Kale..

This reminds me I have mushrooms in the fridge that I need to cook but I don't know what to do with them and I already had pasta this week :shy:

Slice em up and cook gently with olive oil and garlic.. Put them on toast.. Even melt some vegan cheese over the top..

Veganic pizza toast.. :okay:
