I use mine in 1x mode now with a narrow wide 42 upfront and a roadlink at the rear to use a 11/42 cassette, it really is quality
It was the Oltre XR3 that I went to look at today. Very nice indeed. The XR4 was clearly very nice too, but pricier.Bianchi Oltre or Cervelo S5

Aside from the cost, my only issue with choosing eTap is that I want to use an Ultegra chainset and don’t think I could live with the mismatched kit. Lol
OP wants road bike, lightweight or endurance. Isn’t the Nomad a tad on the heavy side?Thorn Nomad for me start from about £2400 on Thorn's site, plenty of money left to get any extra bits you might need
