I have Shimano Deore MT60 bear trap pedals from the mid 80s. They're getting a bit noisy, making a roaring noise when spun by hand. I assume they need new BBs and some grease. Will a good bike shop be able to strip and service this type of pedal? They must be good pedals, as there are some on...

A bit of a weird one this; I've got two LH only Shimano SPD-SL pedals. Ones an Ultegra 6620 and the other an Ultegra 6800. Does anyone have a right hand SPD-SL pedal they don't need? Preferably matching-ish; i.e. R540 for the 6620 and similar for the 6800.

I am having this problem everytime I am out riding where I clip in on the left pedal and its in but the right pedal just pushes the cleat back out every time I push down. I have bought new cleats to see if it was them but its not the pedal tension is on its slackest. has anyone had this before.
