I have a set of shimano spd M324 pedals for sale. Taken off a bike i bought that was nearly new so they are in great condition. Looking for £20 delivered
Has anyone used these adapters to convert their clipless pedals into platform pedals?

I cycle to work in my lycra and SPDs and change into my work...
Sorry but another clipless pedals thread. I have been on four rides so far with my new clipless pedals. I haven't fallen off yet, but I have had a few close calls. A vehicle was reversing into a drive and I only managed to unclip in time. A few other times I have failed to unclip the first time...
This is my new bike: light, stiff and great value. Have previously ridden a cx bike with dual-sided clipless pedals (m530). These pedals are really easily to clip in to and the tread on the shoes I use enables me to "grab" the pedal and rotate it into rhe correct position just in case it has not...
I was completely unaware that pedals came with different thread sizes, until due to the pedal bearings going on my spinning bike (no doubt due to the enormous power i am putting through them, that or the bearings dying boredom due to little use) and found my spare road bike pedals have a bigger...
I've got myself a new expedition bike.
It came with toe clips and straps which I thought I would give a try but having fallen off twice am rather thinking of going back to plain platform and SPD pedals.
Over the years I have bought a couple of sets of the Shimano M324.
As here...
For storage and carriage reasons I use folding platform pedals.
I've had a few branded but cheap pairs, and none last long.
One or other bearings develop a lot of play making me reluctant to rely on that pedal.
My latest attempt to buy something with a bit more quality is the VP pedals in the...
Please explain things in very simple terms as I know next to nothing about bike mechanics. I can tighten my brakes, change a tire and index my gears by following a youtube video step by step and that's it ^_^
Over the last couple of days when I was cycling I occasionally felt something "slip"...
Any recommendations?
Would like the clip-in pedals to be MTB, not road. Seen a few, like the shimano m324, but always good to get opinions from those who might be using some dual pedals already. If you know of any that have the dual functionality on both sides of the pedal, please let me know...
I've got 2 pairs of these. 1 pair hardly used, the other pair have done maybe 200 miles.
They includes standard cleats and soles protector plates. Payment via PayPal gift or PayPal and you cover all fees. Prices are incl. postage
If someone buys a pair of pedals there is also 1 refresh kit...
I have 2 prs of Look Keo Flex pedals that look like they have never been used other than fitting , but i cant confirm that .
Same as these http://www.wiggle.co.uk/look-keo-flex-pedals/ But no cleats included .
So looking at the above how does £15 incl postage/myhermes a pair sound to a uk...
Well after buying a pair of road bike cycle shoes and SPD pedals several months ago I finally bit the bullet and went out on a ride to day using both.
Still struggling to click in the pedal and Oh feeling like a transvestite
( I presume? ) in high heels when walking in a tiled floor cafe
We work with BLESMA (British Limbless Ex-Servicemen's Association) every year, running an 'Introduction to Cycling' weekend for their members and demo days of our disability bikes.
The difficulty for a lot of my customers (with a whole spectrum of different disabilities) is in balancing two...
Nukeproof pedals in Orange.
Used for 3hrs only as i went to Cannock and forgot to fit/ take my normal pedals with me.
Boxed........ £16 posted with in UK
How tight do pedals need to be?
Pedal spanners are generally very long and give lots of leverage.
Handy for trying to undo seized pedals, but I reckon applying a lot of grunt on the pedal spanner when fitting - as most bike shop do - does them up far tighter than needed.
I've just done some...

One of my pedals (Shimano M520 SPD) feels very “notchy” when it’s rotated by hand. The other one rotates smoothly.
They’re only a few months old, done about 1000 miles.
Haven’t taken it off to have a close look yet, just wondered whether this is a common problem? Do the bearings need greased...
Single sided SPD pedals, both spin nicely, they've not had much use I don't think. I bought them second hand but I've never used them. A few scratches underneath but in good used condition. £12.50 posted. NOW SOLD.
I use SPDs but my partner Jannie prefers to use flats.
We are looking at LEL next year.
I see no reason for trying to talk Jannie into SPDs as she is comfortable on flats. She rode 117kms in 4 hours last weekend and thought it was easy.
Is riding long distance on flats a common thing?
Whilst playing 5 a side a few weeks back, I was kindly given a sprain on my left ankle by an opposition player. This left me on opiate painkillers and crutches for a week and today was my first day back on the bike. My word was it agony to unclip with my normal left foot. Something to do with...
They have done approx 200 miles
SPD
Super light pedals and look real good on the bike. There are a few scratches on them but nothing much....paid 55 for them
