What I do find is that if anyone hires a skip round here, all their neighbours dump stuff in there they were due to take to dump. The one who hires the skip likely gets 70% use.

Me mam banned me dad from going to the tip as he used to come back with more than he took.

Have you seen the size of the skips at the tip? I could skip-spot all day if I worked there. The local bike charity where I work has a probationer who works at the tip and he tells me about the stuff they get. Simply amazing what we throw away.

I've got 2 decent guitars from the skip at the tip 🙂🎸
