Returned to cycling with new purchase today!

Hello everyone,

I've been told this is a good friendly place to get advice about cycling, so I've took the plunge and joined.

I'm from essex, used to be a keen cycler in my teens, but have done nothing for well over 10 years.

Today I bought a new bike (diamondback Sorrento) for light trail riding and looking forward to getting back into it - and getting fit!
