How do you solve the issue of the riser block for the front wheel??
You can use the ply to make a block or solid wood to raise it. I used some blocks of wood I had, I can take a photo tomorrow.

You think slow, but faster than I did it the other day! I'm going to have to work hard to beat your time, and no chance of catching Monte. You did really well there RobBloody hell I was slow but I gave it my best shot the decent was boring
Does anyone else get the stage results come up and when u click on ok it won't go off screen seams to freeze

5 minutes faster than when I did a rece ride the other day. For that I took it easy to the base of the mountain, then pushed hard climbing. Even with the 'blob' on the approach to the mountain tomorrow I just can't see how I can bring down that full 5 minute deficit! I'll give it a go, but I think your time is safe from meMust admit, I’ve surprised myself - I was really struggling at one point. Just checked zwift power results and I avg 2.7w/kgs so definitely C cat. I wonder if I can hold that power on a flatter stage ???

good luck all doing tow today
i blew up yesterday on bend 3 and just trickled home - legs still feel wobbly
can someone explain in the results page , the ones that came in the top 5 or 6 all had average power of below 3wkg ? they have gone now and everyone has been bumped up but i am sure the first place bloke was 1.9 wkg av
gonna do brvr tonight then have a rest waiting for stage 4
I've just priced the main components on eBay and its coming in at just over £40 - no screws or Plywood though, but does include 15 used tennis balls for £8! ... This is tempting.

I'll be there at 6 too. You may not want to wait for meI'm planning to have a go at Stage 3 tonight at 6pm. I'll be on the Bkool of course, but I'm hoping to have a go on @Monte 's Neo some time soon as well - I think he's keen to see me suffer like he did! I did a pretty hard solo effort on this course a couple of weeks ago so my challenge will be to beat that time (the uphill part in particular where any drafting effect from the other riders will be less important)
I think I started watching you with about 4 hairpins to go. You seemed to be doing well at that point so maybe a second wind? As Andy said, cracking time. Your Alpe climb at 50 mins is 66 % of my time at 75 minsgood luck all doing tow today

How can you see I was sitting more at the back end ?? And thank you sirFirst Lee, absolutely cracking time 51st out of 1200 riders
The riders who are still listed in the live section have distances of 50+km, maybe they did it twice with second lap much slower.
The guy listed in the live page first, Francios Raath is listed as 80th in the final result page with 3.6W/kg you ave 3.7W/kg
Looking at your graph Lee, you held it together very well, very little power drop, with virtually equal split first part to second on the Alp. I see you alternated from standing to spinning more so in the latter part.
