I always forget about the ZR.app as a source for events . So used to using ZP ... ZR looks better as can at least sort by vElo score (although by the looks that does need recent data as it had me completely wrong yesterday - forecast I'd be second, but I was 19th - haven't raced for ages)

Yeah any categorisation needs recent data to be accurate

Same, but having seen the weather forecast - yellow warnings for rainfall and flooding in Somerset, and lots of rainclouds for the next couple of weeks - I won't be pausing my membership just yet!

I did a 56 miler yesterday. The forecast said the wind would drop later in the afternoon ...................... but it didn't, if anything it got worse. It was a horrible ride back and I almost got off a couple of times for safety reasons in the really high gusts.

Have been mainly doing workouts on Zwift for the past few months, did an FTP test the other day and added about 30 watts to my FTP, was quite pleased with that 🙂.

Of course, now all of the training sessions are that much harder (obviously), however, annoyingly my racing score jumped from the lowest cat to the bottom of the next one!!

I’ve been growing a beard (of sorts) while my wife’s been away, and I hadn’t realised how sweaty it would get until I licked my lips after Zwifting last night!

I have been away for 2 weeks without a razor. I am home now and am fed up with my whiskers so they are for the chop before Friday's ride.

I had been home for 1 day without wearing glasses when wielding a razor. I am now fed up with random clumps of unshaved whiskers so they too are for the chop before Saturday's ride!

She is more observant than my ex was...

I shaved my beard off after several years and my girlfriend didn't mention it. I eventually asked her if she thought that I looked better without the beard and she told me that she had not noticed that I'd had one!

That should have been a big hint that I was destined to become her EX-boyfriend!
