How is your recovery going?

Cheers Randy, pretty well for now thanks. After the ablation my blood pressure was very high, I believe I scared that treatment what cause that. I have now blood thinners, blood pressure medication and also beta blockers. Blood pressure is been normal for a while now so I have bit of hope that I can quite at least one those medications, I have meeting with cardiologist later this month for that. I have done few session with Zwift, recently 90min ride today. Very easy rides are recommended for now. How are you recovered after what happen to you few years ago?.

That’s good news. No more Afib. And easy rides now so in spring you can ride that new beautiful bike outside.
All is great with me. I just had an extremely lazy February. My Strava fitness dropped in half. I am telling myself I’ll start this week. I’m heading back to Scandinavia in August and need to get in shape. Sadly just Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Finland is just little too far out of the way. I do like the Bkool Videos in Finland. Maybe sime day.

You should be able to see this OK now. Still not sure what the issue is regarding the DRS results though. Hopefully today.

Yes thanks @alex_cycles - working for me again now.

Am I right in thinking that because these DRS races are based on the ZR.app categories and Velo score the race results don't affect your ZRS at all? (Unless you do a 90 day best 5 minute power like I did last race and increase your seed score)

No - ZRS is still being influenced. I gained about +4 or 5 for this week's race.

In other news I now have 2.0 w/kg-hours towards my new aero socks  only another 848 to go

Is that not just a seed score adjustment though as you also look to have done a 90 day PR for 5 minute power?

No because my seed would be well below 500. Something around 460ish

Oh OK

So why are the ZRS scores with the up & down arrows not showing on the DRS race results, do you know?

No. I don't know. WHich race was yours? I can show you the ZRS changes from Sauce output.

Ah that's cool - thanks!

Never ceases to amaze me how much extra info you can get from things like Sauce that's obviously there in the background but Zwift themselves don't show us! Really odd that those changes don't show as usual on the companion app results - I assume it's a setting thing but I don't see what's gained by hiding them 🤷‍♂️

Agree 100%. I'm constantly flabbergasted by the fact that all the best parts of Zwift are done by third parties...

I find races and events at Zwifthacks.com because it's crap on Zwift.com or Companion app
I find route info on Zwift Insider or Strava
I find bike details on Zwifterbikes.app (but you have to still use your brain)
I prefer the rating system at ZwiftRacing.app
In-race data from Sauce (£2.50 per month but well worth it to me)

I would happily pay Zwift for a "racing tier" subscription if thy provided decent in-race data HUD and better control of cheating.

Absolutely.

I'll just add pedalgames.online to your list which is free, and one I've just started using - lots of similar info for the HUD as Sauce provides, like draft effect etc. plus some game things I haven't yet tried. (I've so far only used it for draft info on screen)

More info here https://zwiftinsider.com/pedal-games/
