First race in a while ( have just been doing some pootling about and a few workout sessions lately), did the stage 4 flat is fast .

Quite enjoyable, managed to form a group of three a little behind the lead group, one fell by the wayside on a small incline so I drafted the remaining rider for the last 3km and managed to out sprint them at the very end.

Definitely felt it in my legs and lungs at the finish!!

I did the 11am Flat is Fast in 390-510. As a 500 I was expected to do well. I didn't

I did manage to hold on all the way (but it was very hard) and then died with about 200m to go, so was last in the front group of 17 from about 37 starts. I guess just one rest day after the weekend Omnium might not have been enough

I can't believe how much HIT riding you do day after day

I just done 3 days of Z1Z2 . Garmin is telling me to get some rest today!

One of my clubmates said to me "you ride so much. Why aren't you good?"

His funeral's next week

I do ride nearly every day, but I'm trying to not race more than 2 or 3 times a week.

Ideally I need to be outside for the easier stuff. But last week I didn't race at all until the weekend and took Monday off completely and got our tax returns done.
I then did manage to get outside 3 times last week.

I've maintained a training load of about 60 for a year, which isn't a huge amount, but it isn't nothing either. I do feel I need to knock off the intensity a bit though. But my RHR/HRV/battery numbers are really good. My legs feel really good after today's race - although not good enough to jump on again, just yet. Gonna have at least a few days off racing now.

Signed up for another month of Zwift yesterday as TPV has stopped loading for me and Support hasn't got back to me yet.

Recorded the final interval of my workout today - the difference in video quality from my old PC is pretty significant.

You know you're running a decent machine when you've got shadows

I don't go looking for routes, these days, I've not ridden .

I prefer to ride with others, so generally jump on Maria (O' er) group rides for 60+ Z2 rides

Riding with pace partners isn't bad idea at all. Comparing to erg mode riding with pace partners are less boring if you like to do Z2 rides.
Not been here a while, everyone doing well?.

I was ment to have electrophysiological examination and catheter ablation few weeks ago but cardiologist order blood thinners before the operation can do, they said I have atrial flutter. Last December when I had arrhythmia I have been problems with my heart rate, rest heart rate is 10 beats lower than normally it's been and when I train my heart rate doesn't go much higher than barely over 130, almost like there's a limit.
So I wait new call to hospital
