A good baked potato will be like buttery mash on the inside with a lovely seasoned crispy skin on the outside. I cook a mean jacket spud.

There's a place in Manchester that used to mash about a tablespoon of butter into each half, then pile over beans, cheese and salad.

There's an Electricspirit rider riding B in our division who's upgraded to A. No more sandbagging for me!

Just saw on GCN that an African country has been named as host for 2024 (I think) World Road Champs. They haven't specified the country yet but rumours are it could be Rwanda. We went there on our hols (to trek gorillas) back in 2008 and I can confirm it is a very (VERY) hilly country so could make for a great new set of Zwift roads. Quite excited by that

I think that's where the rumour came about Rwanda being the host country - Kigali has some interesting roads to race on.

Arriving in Kent on Sunday afternoon and setting off back the following Sunday. Not got much planned apart from a few rides and maybe an afternoon out at Folkstone harbour for a beer and some gyros.

Sorry for the slow response mate. I think we’re going to miss eachother this time. I was hoping it was in another couple of weeks or so.
