Well that was a good workout! 7th our of 16th on the road so nothing to write home about - a group of five got away and I chased with a group of four but none of us were really going that hard until the finish when we dropped one on the final climb and I sprinted to 2/3.
Was surprised to see that I set a new best 5min power and pretty much equalled 5sec and 20min:

I'm not used to working that hard, I usually draft wheels all ride
Shame I didn't quite have the legs in the end to pull that guy in front of you back.
I love riding as a team and glad I can be of help as much as possible
Hopefully one day I'll be back with you guys to help out again
