That was wild. I was doing about 350w up hill and you guys came past like you were on Honda Fireblades and I’m not that heavy. 😲😲
Well done all !!
I was wondering where you disappeared
I was struggling with a food belly tonight, so wasn't on it for jumping around looking at you leaders. I did it once I think. Went for a sprint finish and slightly pulled my calf.
Perhaps, @bridgy rembered to hit 'record'?

Any good battles behind?
The main battle at the back was between myself and @13 rider - he had to make up over a minute on me and did get a few seconds lead on both climbs but both times I managed to pull it back (took a 3rd best ever time up the Forward KOM to do so). On the descent, Andy and I bridged to @IrishAl but Phil couldn’t and so we pulled away.

Good battle ,I was surprised when you hung on up the reverse KOM . I could have done with longer hills . Watched Andy's video the couple of digs I put in over the rollers to get 4 sec on 1 occasion you did really well to get back on Andy's wheel to bridge back over . I didn't want to catch Andy back up as I feared I wouldnt get away 1v2 . I kicked up the inclines hoping Andy would bridge solo . I went deep up the reverse KOM just eased up over the top and you both past me together before I had accelerated and I just could not close the gap having gone deep up the climb and then you caught @IrishAl 3v1 I was done . Still good fun

Good going tonight everyone. I couldn’t hold on up the first KOM. I thought me and @Milzy were dropped but I should’ve tried to hang onto his coat tails and maybe I could’ve got back. Ho hum. Rest of the race I was in no man’s land but got a good work out in trying to not let the gap get too wide. Once @CXRAndy and @steverob caught me the three of us sailed to the finish and the churns drafting would’ve meant @13 rider out solo would have had a tough time trying to get back in touch

Thanks again for organising Steve.

@Milzy 400-500W 6+ W/kg is needed for short/mid climbs, especially against riders like Tim, Paul, Pete and even Carl.

Carl The other night was regularly hitting 10+W/kg to thrash us all up the Clyde kicker

Once I was in front, solo, I was just pacing myself to get over some of the bumps whilst trying to settle my Cod supper:laugh:

When you two caught me, I was pleased to settle in for the extra pace and slightly less effort and begin to see Steve's determination not to get dropped by you on the climbs.
I saw Steve set a new PBs on both sides of the big hill, trying not to lose your wheel.

We had to work hard to keep in touch with you, but once the road tipped down, knew your attempts to get away weren't going to work against 2 heavyweights. You were unlucky Phil that you faded just as we set about latching onto Alan, then has you say 3 versus 1 downhill, gap is only going to get wider.

Enjoyed the series and variety of courses. Glad everyone mainly had some competition either at the front and at the back

I averaged 590W, just over 8W/kg, for the first 45s - up to the second hairpin - trying to shake off @mjd1988! Once I managed to snap that elastic, I had to ease off a bit up to the summit because I knew that staying away was going to be a big ask with 10km to go.

That's way above my max 1 min power which was set this year WRTL around Innsbruck leg snapper. Even then I was getting dropped. I ave 523W max 677W at 5.6W/kg

Maybe a TT, where I pick a course that should take about 25-30 minutes, then give everyone a whole week to do it at their leisure. Set yourself up a Meetup so there's no-one else in that world (no drafting!), pick any bike you like and if you want to ride it more than once you can - best time that week counts.

What does everyone think? Happy to drop the idea if everyone says "NO!" ^_^

Given that long, lumpy TTs are what mass-start Zwift races often degenerate into anyway, how about a shortish, flat TT for the Clydesdales' power to come to the fore? It's much easier to motivate yourself with others on the course - how about using the Zwift TT Club events on Seaside Sprint over the coming week and taking the results from Zwiftpower? It's only 9.3km, so probably less than 15 minutes (so there's no danger of getting an FTP bump!)

I got home a bit later than expected - mad rush to get changed and everything switched on for Zwift. I finally got on the bike with about 20 seconds to spare before the race start! So because of that I didn't have time to start recording unfortunately
It will live on in our hearts. Thanks for the pull! I tried to contribute but probably just slowed things down
