It looks suspiciously like you've topped up your SIS water bottle with lager ^_^

Or topped it up with a different kind of fluid... that is typically warm when 'dispensed'

Hey everyone,

I scheduled another RGT challenge for 5pm May 8th. It’s a climb then downhill out of Cheddar.

http://app.rgtcycling.com/event?code=LS6cBnDj9v

Here is the magic road for recon.

I copied the route from Monte. It’s his name. ( my butt hurts)

We only lost by seconds on the last race to those scoundrel Splitters. As the Boss says “ let’s teach those boys not to laugh too soon”

Edit: Sorry that last bit is only for the Bkoolers.

Would be good to get a good squad together for this....especially some climbers

Beautiful day, if not a little windy! Did get to stop off at a pub at the 71km mark for a cider - what's not to like about that?!?

You'd have been in trouble with those today with the winds around here  Crosswinds were blowing me all over the shop

Nice ride today Carl :okay:. Im just starting riding again. My newbuild is coming to the home stretch, where I hope to have more time to riding. Like you we are hoping to move house very soon to our farm.

Its going to be hectic summer!

Looks cracking :okay:

I rode outside with my kid brother yesterday - first ride together in 6 years. It was great.

He has just got an e-bike and the dynamics of riding with him were very interesting.

A beautiful day and a lovely ride.

Ebikes are a great leveler- literally

They can make a non/occasional rider match a pro in performance. My good lady proved that to me with her Ebike, able to ride on the front for nearly 50 miles

Enjoy

As I said, the dynamics were interesting.

On the way out, we had a head wind and gentle-ish inclines. Ian on his e-Bike was out front and I was working hard to stay with him. Then we had quite a big hill (Cat 4 on Strava). I went for it and Ian was unable to keep up, but much closer than usual. On the way back, the wind was behind and I was out front. Once we hit inclines where the speed stayed above 15mph, Ian was dropping off the back. His bike gives no assistance above 15mph and he then had the disadvantage of the extra bike weight to deal with plus is there a bit of resistance due to the motor? It looked like it.

Overall though it gave Ian enough assistance to make it a great ride and made him work hard, but not stupid hard.

I had my new bike few days ago. Bottom Bracket what is there doesn't satisfy me so i am gonna replace it. I don't want poor quality parts to my new bikes. I will add photo in here when it's ready to ride.
