Slightly less than that .... new house is between Knowle and Dorridge Some good riding around the area so looking forward to exploring when the weather is better and I'm nicely settled in.

Rachel's ashes are being scattered at Temple Fields burial grounds hence why moving back to the area. I did look at Henley-in-Arden too, but decided Knowle was preferable for me.

Know the Burial Ground well - well the location anyway. It is on one of my cycle routes. Lovely place.

It is. I have a tree planted there already. Plaque is being done. When weather gets better I'll go down and inter Rach's ashes. Beautiful, peaceful place.

I told my three year old son that when I race in the garage on Tuesday it will be happening in a volcano on the screen. 🌋

He was very excited until he asked if I was going to win and I told him I definitely won’t win. He completely lost interest at that point 😂

Just had a call from the qwacks. I've been offered the C19 vacc jab. I'm booked in for Weds.

SIL who's had both parts (works in residential care) says 'expect a couple of days of stuffiness and a seriously dead arm'

I have the flu jab each year, sounds similar side effects. You'll be fine (and that comes from a fellow needle-phobe ).

I would rather be given a little prick compared to gagging on something shoved down my throat*

You'll be grand, bit of a dead arm is definitely a good trade given the benefits (better 5G)👍

I've not taken up the flu jab as we have a funny family history with them. My parents always end up as sick as dogs after theirs and my Brother would be down for almost a week when he got one, he got it every year. Not seriously sick just really poorly, for someone with kidney failure it was not a good time.
