No idea what this is showing? Should the largest silver bolt be in a different position or something?? Is the trainer unusable like that?Ahhhhhhhhhhh 🥵
Bolt had sheared off inside the shaft, I have managed to get it out now by drilling into the bolt then wedging a screwdriver in enough to turn out, was a bit of a bugger as I had locktight it in before. No idea what this is showing? How long before a meet up do you get the join button?
Got it sorted and the discord, although my Bluetooth got confused between my laptop and my phone

bit of a long story with this particular trainer, it was my third of this model and this one never got collected although I got refunded so can never be returned to wahoo, (don't mind saying on here now as if they want it come and get it!). it always had a small vibration problem but after it warmed up it went away or I never noticed while gagging for air, so its just a matter of time before it gives up. think I have fixed it again now thank f@@k, imagine lockdown with no trainer as everywhere is low on stock. warmed it up for about 15mins and done a spin down and seems ok now.
yer after the courier decided twice to not collect I had a look at some repairs online of the known faults and see if I could have a bash a repairing while waiting for the refund, that came and the rest is history as they say😄
I did wonder when I saw the picture. I could of sworn you said you were done with wahoo when the last one conked out.
looks very quiet there tonight, niceNice event with the elastic feature, some photos for you lot to gawp over

I will give this a go, also as I believe this was just a refurb unit after all the returns they had, inside the fly wheel it seems they have part drilled 20mm holes, 2 not quite all the way through to loose some weight from one side? maybe the vibration is the flywheel out of balance???? i meant to get photos but was stressing about the boltIf you buy a standard hex head bolt. It doesn't need alot of torque on the bolt, just nip it up. A better securing method is to use Loctite 641 holding compound on the Woodruff key and a little amount on the shaft where the pulley sits. You dont need much to make a strong bond- It can be undone with a little heat
