It's great that they used my video for the summary of the D race, but they did manage to credit @peterob for it rather than me! Or possibly my Dad, who is also a Peter Robinson...

Really enjoyed the meetup last night guys - thanks to those who came along for the ride! I'm really lacking motivation for racing at the moment - partly me, partly a worry about the noises coming from my trainer - so anything that keeps me riding at least is good. The "keep together" function works really well because everyone can pretty much do their own thing but we still ride together! I'd be up for doing that at least once a week - happy to keep it at 5pm on a Wednesday, but also happy to change it to some other time if that suits more people
Thanks again for doing this Pete. It's been a bit chaotic this week so I missed the Bridgy meetup last night and all that's been going on here.
I really enjoyed the Danish race series and would be up for another similar league. The inclusion of intermediate sprints and KoM's and the previews and write-ups (despite multiple references to my impressive 'spurts' ) made it a lot of fun for me. I'll be up for whatever the majority decide, although now we're in spring I'd be riding outside if the weather is good (and we're still allowed our one instance of outdoor exercise a day).
The final CC Danish league table is below. Well done to all who took part - particularly you C's who carried Team CycleChat to an impressive overall 2nd place. It makes slightly different reading to the official Danish results as it's purely based on finishing times (no sprint bonus points) across all categories, with your top 5 results counting to the total.

I enjoyed it as well even though I had to drop off early for our club virtual TT at 19:00Really enjoyed the meetup last night guys - thanks to those who came along for the ride! It's looking like we've got enough people interested to enter teams in the B and C categories for the new Danish league. Maybe we can get enough of our D cat riders to enter the league as well?
I understand that as the weather improves people may wish to ride outside when possible, but during the Covid outbreak this would at least give us an alternative if restrictions do not ease or get worse.
So, first stage is 19.15 on Monday 6 April, 2 laps of Sand and Sequoias

Ah yes! Good spot!!It is 6.15 I believe. At least that is what ZP says. I have entered
Ah yes! Good spot!!
You must be right. That would be 19.15 Danish time, so 18.15 UK time!
Yes I saw the Sufferday league. That looked brutal! No wonder you Danes are so strong on turbo trainers!I expect those not riding on Mondays to do the DBR SufferDay league on Saturdays instead.
Usually Monday is my restday, but if SufferDay league is the alternative, I might change that!
