Finished the Four Horsemen route so another ticked off, I didn’t find it to bad until I came down the Alpe and hit the jungle and it was as though I had hit a wall , just could not get my speed up even though I was at a high cadence, so just plodded on to the end, I tried to keep the cadence in the 90 to 100 rpm and heartbeat to under 140 bpm and it took 3:47:31, sit bones a little sore as I did a warm up before had so was in the saddle for nearly 5 hours ,thanks rocker board😀😀🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️
:notworthy: Set my expectations on how long I'll need to be on the bike .... may have to build up to that one

Anyone fancy an easy sociable Zwift ride at about 12.30 today? I could set up a meetup....
We used Meet Up with the Keep Together capability enabled to set up a virtual Club Run for my club today.

It works remarkably well. You have to ride like its a good paced social ride rather than trying to smash it, but everyone who took part (14 of us in all of varying ability) thought it was good and is up for doing it again.

We also had discord running so that added some good banter to the ride.

We did a 90 minute ride on the Out and Back route which ended up at 29 miles.

If we all get bored during these tricky times, we could always have a CycleChat Club Run.

Next Sunday there is a mass ride planed to do the London full PRL , you up for it 😀 if I do it it’s going to be split in sections with time of the bike😂
Will depend on time, but it's a possibility. I have to get wife up and dressed first thing which takes at least an hour, then fed and watered, so I'm never available to ride before 10 in the morning. I have to then feed her at lunchtime so that's another 30 mins out, hence why I tend to ride in the afternoons. She struggles to feed herself these days, and can choke when eating, so I can't just leave her to it either. So, yes possible, but will depend on timings.

So you don't have to select the MTB from your garage before the race?
No i don't, also stage-4 description says we'll need to hop on out MTB for this next-level spread through the treelike. Everyone have a MTB on this stage.

My club are doing them as well. Be nice to have some CC rides for our Zone 2 days 😀
