Very strong riding Martin. Coaching clearly working for you👍👏
Cheers Bob.
Rather than clutter it up in here, I've done a blog post with some pics if anyone is interested.

My parents live just south of Alicante. They have told me that all the bars/restaurants are shuttered. The shops are limiting the number of people going in. If 2 or more turn up in a car only 1 can go into the shop.Im stranded, my flight is booked, airlines are repatriating in booking order.
Its like wartime curfew with sun here. Limited movement for specific places eg chemist, hospital, supermarket.
Off to supermarket which happens to be on the promenade. There are no shops open at all
Hmm...I thought the race tomorrow was volcano climb after-party but seems to be pump Room 8 in Yorkshire, which seems quite a bit hillier
It might be a course to let the lead group go, and form our own group and pick off the stragglers as they get dumped by the leaders. So long as we stay top 30 we're in the points (probably really top 35 as there will be some sandbaggers). Trying to stay with that lead group, consisting of the B's and the very strong C's, will certainly put me in the red and I'll struggle to finish strong.Hmm...I thought the race tomorrow was volcano climb after-party but seems to be pump Room 8 in Yorkshire, which seems quite a bit hillier
Just read Steen's link. Looks like the first sprint is only 3km or so ... you going for this? The climb is not too far afterwards by the looks of the write up so some of those who sprint will probably get shed out the back once the road goes up.Hmm...I thought the race tomorrow was volcano climb after-party but seems to be pump Room 8 in Yorkshire, which seems quite a bit hillier

I'm like you though, I thought it was Volcano flat followed by Volcano KoM ... I wonder why they changed it?

Nothing is seriously hard to get hold of at the moment, but that may change. They are stocked up with food and drinking supplies so are currently not too hard hit.
Ok, change of plans. I know I haven't got a chance of staying with the lead group for long, so might as well try to go all in on the first sprint.Just read Steen's link. It was all easy going this morning making our way to stand in a queue 6ft apart to buy some food View attachment 508680
Then armed police with 'gestapo' attitude kicked off.
