Just dipping my toe into Zwift still.
The BKool League is growing again so that is getting intersting again.
I will see but for now I am just happy
If you fancy trying something different (said the vicar to the nurse) sign up for the Hare and Hounds at 5:30 this evening. Put yourself in B cat.

D's go first, followed about 8 mins later by C, then B, then A. Interestingly for these types of rides, the groups do usually try to stay together. really hard work staying away from the chasing group, and when they catch you, jumping on their wheel and hanging on for dear life.

:okay:

There is no cost to basic Strava. Just create an account, link Zwift to it.

You dont need to do anything else. Every time you race or ride for fun and save when leaving Zwift, it uploads.

Then others can see the rides(if you allow-privacy) and segments can be picked out like we do for the events you did yesterday. Your results then can be added to the league. There is no other reliable way with Zwift.
You can also use your CC name of @AAAC 76C so no one needs to know you're really a spy  @Aleman I think still comes up as that and not his real name of Chris Froome

I'm on the cheap version of Strava, free. For what I use it for, showing people what I've done, I don't need anything more enhanced. Anyway I'm only doing indoor gym workouts at the moment so don't need anything the super analytic versions provide. You can get the segment times on the free version so I have no need to pay anything.
I’m also on the free version of Strava. If you’re interested in similar info / data analytics that the premium version provides there are some PC apps that provide similar features for no cost...

Elevate
Provides things like fitness score, fatigue, etc. all built into nice charts.
also provides extended statistics within the Strava platform
Works via a google Chrome extension

Golden Cheetah
Upload your gpx/fit file and get power curve and associated analysis.
Works as a stand-alone windows programme. A bit time consuming to upload the data but worth it if you want detailed analysis of your ride data

I was watching you at the back and trying to get you to come through.
Spent the first half trying to get used to the latency I get on my trainer.
That is how I first escaped, ish, on Box Hill and then after the escalators.
That is why I dashed for the escslators because if anyone made a move I would probably miss it. But as you lot all sprinted by me I put in an extra dig and it had no effect untill a few moments later and the we had a gap.
I assume you're still on the Bkool Pro? I found the lag on that trainer quite pronaounced - made it quite hard to stay in the draft and not either shoot off the front or drop off the back, much like you were doing at times last night. There's still a bit of a lag with the Neo but it's much less pronounced and easier to deal with

Going to give the 6pm race a go tonight, hopefully will be able to make the meets for the rest of the month .
Is the start a rollout to the start banner or full gas from the off.

We're doing a rollout to the start banner now - so stay with/behind me until we get to the banner. We did this on Tuesday and it worked pretty well although there were a couple of "flyers" who set off a bit fast, but generally it worked well :okay:
