try really spinning around the bends where slope lessens , it makes a big difference without much more effort
Yeah you really notice it when you go around a bend with someone else. You can get a gap on them if you notice the gradient change and they don’t respond the same.

Average 250 watts for the climb, quite pleased with that. Legs felt OK for the most part. HRM conked out again half way up so had to stop and unconnect it, which lost me a bit of time (again
) - will i never learn?!?
Next target will be sub 57 mins
