My PB is 58 mins, I did 62 mins yesterday when pushing at about 75%-80% so doable. But I was hoping Martin would have a mare and set a crap time so I didn't have to work too hardAim For sub 1 hour on the Alpe.![]()

If you are not slower then you recover incredibly well.My PB is 58 mins, I did 62 mins yesterday when pushing at about 75%-80% so doable. But I was hoping Martin would have a mare and set a crap time so I didn't have to work too hardSeems I'm going to have to bust a gut now

I rested today, so i'm hoping I'll be Ok tomorrowIf you are not slower then you recover incredibly well.
It's better than that for @berty bassett - you're looking at the handicap times. If you look at the non handicap times Lee's ride today has knocked 7 minutes off his deficit and puts him within 2 minutes of me. Having lost 5 minutes or so to him on the last hilly stage I'm not overly confident....Looks like you knocked 4 minutes of the default time you was givenLeaves you 5 mins behind @bridgy with the big climb tomorrow evening ..... Still all to play for?!?

Shall we not bother and call it a drawwe both know what’s coming tonight - a long persistent slog , last hilly course it was short bursts and recovery downs , there is nowhere to recover this time - I don’t think ther will be much in it either way - but it has been fun
Paul is right - less than 2 mins between him and Lee going into the final stageIt's better than that for @berty bassett - you're looking at the handicap times. I'm already looking forward to Stage 5 - short and flat!More detail on Tour of Watopia - the basis of our next league - starting next week: https://zwiftinsider.com/tour-of-watopia-2019/
Looks like they're showing off a few new features to spice things up a bit. Also worth noting that stage 3 is going to be a group workout so we may need to arrange an alternative stage for our league (or just leave that stage out of the league results)
Exactly .... I don't see why I should sweat my cobs off and everyone else takes it easyIgnore him Paul. He loves a long hard slog. He’s just trying to trick you into taking it easy.
