Has resident fungus-expert @theclaud seen this? I know some of the bracket fungi are edible - you might have dinner there for the whole family!

Disclaimer 1 - I am no expert.
Disclaimer 2 - never eat anything based solely on an ID by some muppet over the internet.

Looks like a Dryad's Saddle. Very young ones are notionally edible, but not necessarily much good. They look pretty spectacular though, so I reckon on balance they are best left on the tree...

Been down Prune Hill which is ok, not sure about going up as it's a bit narrow so will really hold the traffic up! Tite Hill is quite fun either way, friend of mine came off going down it some 25 years ago at speed, hospital visit for him with sunglass lenses stuck in his forehead...
I avoid going down Title Hill actually

Misty start to my morning ride today out onto the BB railway path but by the time I returned at Oldland Common the sun had burnt off the mist turning it into a beautiful morning.
Stopped at Warmley waiting room cafe for an Americano then back via Mangotsfied.

10 steady miles today

I haven't been out on either bike for 2 months  due to house/ garden / holiday / visitors so today was the day.

A bit foggy to start and hovering around 12°

Surprising how you lose all those muscles when you don't keep regular

Mandatory photo including bike

The guy who lives in the house next to the park in St. Cyr already has his Christmas tree sorted

Like to see him get that into the house ^_^

A couple of lonely horses at the back of the park

25km in just over an hour ^_^

A new bike anytime is cause for celebration.

It would be nice to go out for a ride but given that West Yorkshire currently seems to be enveloped by the world's hugest, most depressing, drizzly, chilly cloud ... I think I will take a rest day!

Hey you get mist tomorrow! Foggy here as well. Got to leave the house today  didn't see much mind you, is foggy and I was lying down!

Blimey - did they wheel you out on a bed, SNSSO? Now that would make a good photo for the challenge.

Flat on her back?
Not quite, whilst I can sit up, I can walk with crutches and supervision for about 100m, so I was able to walk down the stairs to the ambulance. Getting back up the stairs is another matter entirely.
