I'd forgotten how good B&W can look - it's all I used for years back in the days of film.
Here's a (much) more recent pic shot on my phone and converted to B&W - quite an improvement on the rather lifeless colour version.

On Monday, my Kingpin and an acquaintance's Raleigh Twenty on a platform at Croydon Station. This photo was taken unbeknown to us and appeared later in the day on the KP FB group.

I rather like it, it puts me in mind of those 'spy' shots you see in TV cop shows.
