MBIFO a primary school art project / plaque from 2002, set in the footpath near Cockfield football ground / kids play park. Oddly this is the first time I've noticed it, despite riding over it many times probably thinking it was just a drain cover. I'm sure the kids nowadays won't have any idea what the mobile phone shown here actually is .

Or at least my ’83 Galaxy frame/forks, just re-painted by Winter Frames of Ferryhill (thanks, Kevin). Two-tone fade scheme is in the ‘83 catalogue, but not in black & white, and not on the Galaxy. Call me a heretic! Debating whether to add gold lug lining.
I’ve promised myself I’ll wait a week or so before re-assembly, to give the paint a little more curing time. It’ll give me a change to polish the furniture - the new paint makes it look positively grubby :-)
