MBIFO the 15th century chapelle Notre-Dame de Carmès (about 8km north of Pontivy)

I missed the spring which is a few hundred metres away from the church (I completely forgot about it). If I ever get back here, I’ll visit that too.

As it was closed yesterday, I couldn’t view the painted ceiling but here’s a photo from the notice-board that shows the decorations (depictions of the life of Ste-Cathérine) and only re-discovered in the 1980s during renovation work

I don't think the railway ever made it here so it must have been built as a church.
