Sun was shining for most of the day here but it did turn cold every time the sun disappeared behind a cloud.

Mrs Slick enjoyed her first run of the year so much she has agreed to tackle my usual 50K route for the CC challenge.

I do enjoy it more when she joins me but the best bit about it is there now will definitely be cake.

Strange but several weeks ago we had beautiful hot weather but (to me) it didnt feel spring like.
Now its not as warm but somehow does feel like spring.
The frogs in my pond certainly think spring has arrived.....naughty frogs.

I think I got caught outta bit by that warm spell we had as well. The last couple of weeks were quite a shock.
