[Red Light]

Have only been driving today and I am suffering. Hope it is cooler tomorrow as I have another training ride planned.

Put in a quick 25 miler just after lunch and I didn't think it was too bad and that was in the hottest part of the country. Had to do a bit of a detour to go round the back of a big black cloud and follow it in home from behind in case it rained.
