She could be tired after all the preparations and anticipation of today, but even if she was not in the mood for whatever you have in mind, there are gentle ways of saying so, without being a frumpy perfect....

I respectfully, and hopefully gently, suggest that your view of wanting a 'real woman' implies that your view of your other half may not be one that invites attraction. So whatever it is that's going on, perhaps you need to be looking to yourself as well as to her? Sorry, but these things are rarely one-sided.
