I use a treadle lathe and turn mostly green wood. However the goblet here was turned from some lacewood which I had before the Covid outbreak so not very green.

Pole lathe here.
Will be making bowls and stools in late spring, and may remember to put up a few pics.
Lucky to work a few woods through winter, and get a good few blanks put aside: sycamore, beech, birch, oak, cherry, ash.

At some point I would like to make myself a treadle/pole lathe, one using traditional materials (e.g. no bungee cords). Which I can then take to Sealed Knot living history sites.
