yep - that is something they are good at!

but won't work unless its a weekend, becuase I usuall cycle during the day when he's a work.. though yesterday I went out in my winter bib tights which are tight around that area and don't need any additional support (lets just say they were not designed for women with breast! and if I wear a sports bra underneath, it offers no additional support and only gathers up between the clevage...) dread to think what would happen in the event of an accident. the only items that would qualify as underwear would be my socks! (work)men have no idea what they are missing when they sit there grinning at you as you cycle towards them!

So, all this talk about running has made me dig out my Asics and running gear. Even though my recent weight loss has left me with the physique of a 12 year old boy, I still won't be running in a balconette.

I will put something togther tomorrow afternoon and email her - a.m. is college and about to convince myself to get on the turbo trainer which thankfully does not need a fight with a bra!

Thanks for that, I managed a 2 miler, My fitness levels are pretty well shot to piecesb at the moment, so will stick to this and build up slowly.

I use the shock absorber run bra for running and cycling and am a 34E or thereabouts. They are the best sports bra I have ever had. I leave to top clip fastened and pull it over my head. Abit of rearranging is needed to get the puppies in the kennel but worth it in the end
