Thats the buyers fault for being a customer of Facebook. I am not, and funnily enough my Facebook conversations never make the front page of the Daily Star.Person makes a mistake and questions it. Supplier explains the mistake. Person immediately acknowledges they were wrong, apologises and thanks the supplier. Person also takes the response in good humour.
Supplier then blasts it all over the news and the person is ridiculed throughout for her stupidity.
I think the supplier should now be apologising.
