I too can recomend summer, autumn/spring and winter gloves.
I have two pairs of Lidl fingerless mitts for summer riding.
I have a pair of full finger 'winter' gloves from Aldi/Lidl which keep out light rain and are admireably warm, especially when teamed up with a glove liner.
For winter riding I have a pair of dhb extreme winter gloves which so far have left my hands noticeably cold/damp on only one occasion - a ride in which it rained start to finish for 4 hours in cold weather.
I know you said you have hot hands but you may want to pick up a pair of the Aldi gloves, most of the shops still have them. If they are too warm you may try a liner under your summer gloves which could double up to make the Aldi gloves suitable for the depth of winter (since you have warmer hands anyway). They're a reasonable price and quality so there's not too much to lose.
