Will the goverment try to introduce 'Cyclists Tax' in the future?

seems to me it's easier to carry on raising taxes for motorists.its tried and tested and most people just keep paying up no matter what it costs

(not me i just weighed in my old escort and good fooking riddence to the great m.o.t. tax, fuel rip off)
