I find them a bit hit and miss tbh.

The first time I used them with my credit card a couple of years ago someone used my card details to book a flight to Amsterdam. I only returned to them recently when they started to accept PayPal.

Tip: don't pay extra for priority despatch as it takes just as long as free delivery (I paid extra to get some tyres for the weekend and they took 2 weeks).

Ordered some lights yesterday, they arrived today, standard delivery! And a 10p bag of Haribo! They must be listening!

After reading your post, I thought maybe my delivery would be ahead of schedule, and indeed it was!

Ordered a very cheap stand for chucking the bike on to adjust gears - placed the order Wednesday evening, selected free delivery (2-5 days from dispatch), and it turned up today

And I have had some free sweeties

Wiggle are excellent - other places may occasionally be cheaper, but if you ever have to return anything I've found their customer service consistently good. CRC and PBK are also good - quick, free delivery and hassle free returns. I tend to stick to these three.

Just cancelled a not in stock 2-7 days delivery order after 10 days and fortunately found the same item in stock at Evans. If it's not in stock don't order unless you can't find anywhere else that has it in stock
