…though it’s also nice if the courier service makes it possible to contact them in case of problems. In that respect, Hermes has always appeared to take self-isolating quite seriously.

Update: delivery has been achieved. Considering all that’s going on, my outrage was already starting to seem ill-timed when I bumped this thread from the depths, but I’m relieved that my latest challenge can now go ahead: rewinding (if possible) the handlebar tape once the cable has been replaced. This is job I’ve never had occasion to do. Whilst googling for tips, I came across this wonderful looking machine, which human ingenuity could surely repurpose.
