What gets me is that there was an energy bar wrapper about 5 minutes from the finish... It wouldn't even started to have digest before crossing the line.
Even if they dropped it on the way out, you're only 5 mins into the event, who eats then?
Just one more thing to give people to complain about, and rightly so.
I'm still having trouble facing eating anything sweet, but all of the aches and pains have gone apart from one between my shoulder blades
