I've decided not to ease off this winter if I can help it. I do a three hour hard ride with hill sprints etc on a Saturday, four hours in zone two on a Sunday morning (5.30am starts), and have started doing a midweek chain gang at 22's or so. I am at my lightest weight for 24 years and has never been faster or fitter. I will really step it up come Feb and March with the aim being to try a few cat 3/4 races and to do a short 21 min TT.
