Who's got snow

We had a reasonable covering last night, leading to my first snowy bike commute today, then it was almost blizzardesque in Bolton this afternoon, but then the rain came and it's all gone, (for now).

No snow here near Bordeaux, just a stupid amount of rain , hail and gale force winds.

No worries, it stopped after an hour. Hopefully won't return either.

Funny that, my neighbour is a farmer and has a 50 metre long tobacco barn with a tin roof. I was looking out the window and the whole roof took off and landed in his field. Fortunately he was going to dismantle it this spring, so it has saved him some work.

Had around 3" overnight. Came down on and off throughout the day. Very heavy sleet on way home from work. Bike left warm and cosy in the garage this morning. Took the car, wish I'd walked! Roads full of idiots with no concept that cars + ice = dangerous condition!

Snowing this afternoon but by the time i came home it had all gone to be replaced by driving rain , woohoo !!
