Seriously, there used to be a paternoster at Northwick Park Hospital in North London - I loved going in it. They used to kid the new junior doctors that it would turnover when it got to the top and they'd have to do a somersault or else end up standing on their heads.

I've heard of this before, and would have been amusing to see! I have never been in a Paternoster before and would love to try one some time.
