Mr Pickering regrets his outburst but says we all have to understand it was "extreme provocation".. and his neighbour will never say a bad word about him either. Hmm...let's hope his wife never burns his kippers.

To be fair to Mr Pickering, I think the scooter was very badly placed and the two of them carried on in a very comical manner, despite the occasional swear word, it all seemed as if it were about to burst into...a nice chat.

I don't think he has anything to be ashamed of and I don't truly think the resulting "viralism" is any for of retribution...it's just sooo funny
