Who is favourite to win the Vuelta?

i will wait until the teams are announced... then consult the start list and judge each rider on their past form, success this year and 'all the way' potential (as opposed to those warming up for the Worlds).

once i have taken my time doing this i will choose a rider... and he will fail spectacularly.
