here's my Giant:

I will replace the white bar tape with black. I had the white saddle, but changed that for a Brooks Cambium C17 Carved

I have a the same model, I swapped the white tape for some black and white patterned stuff..

My Giant Defy had white bar tape on from new, I knew it was getting grubby, despite my best efforts to keep it clean, so I swapped it for some Cinelli cork gel tape in red, it's only when you remove the old tape that you realise just how horrible it had become over the previous year

My Carrera Virago has white bar tape. It is grubby, but it is awesome, and shows other cyclists that my bikes are for riding,
