Hi,

The saying "you get what you pay for" is probably true re the track pump I got from Aldi as when I pump up my road bike tyres I have to get my daughter to hold it on the valve as it pops off with the pressure before I get close to 100 psi otherwise.

With this in mind can anybody recommend a pump that isn't massively expensive but will make pumping my tyres a one man job?!

Been using this for a while now. Seems excellent and gets good reviews.

I have the same, an excellent pump!

I got a Joe Blow Sport last year and it's perfect.

For about 5 years before that I was using a Decathlon one, (now called a Clever 7000 IIRC), and that has been a cracking pump, in fact it's still working perfectly as a back up pump, (was a workplace pump but I can't commute anymore).

Joe Blow Max 2. Similar to the Sport 2 I think but has a plastic body.

ETA: Rated to 120psi compared to the Sport's 160psi.
